You might be wondering, What exactly is therapy, and how does it help me?

Think of therapy as a dedicated space which exists just for you to talk about what’s in your mind, without judgment or interruption. It’s a place where you can unwind your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, no matter how big or small they are felt.

People seek therapy for various reasons. Maybe for feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed. Or perhaps to navigate a life transition, trying to heal from something painful in your past. It could also be about just wanting to get to know themselves better like strengths, triggers, dreams, etc.

As a therapist, my role isn’t to "fix" anyone but it is to help my clients navigate through their concerns. Therapy is also about building skills. Together, we’ll work on tools to help you manage stress, communicate effectively, and handle life’s ups and downs with more confidence and ease.

Let’s think of it this way: just like you go to the gym to take care of your body, therapy is a way to take care of your mind. It’s about being proactive, courageous, and kind to yourself.
