Counseling services we provide are not only to understand our clients' stories but also to help them through the concerns that they are facing. There are various concerns that you might be having for which you can choose to go for counseling. This can begin from the very need to talk to someone, handling mood swings, having negative thoughts, same thoughts hovering over-and-over again, feeling helpless, less motivated and so on. 

1. What services you provide?

The services we provide in Kaarunyam are counseling and psychotherapy.

2. Do you provide your clients with legal support?

No, we do not provide any legal support to the clients on their concerns.

3. What about the confidentiality of information that clients share with you?

We do have a contract of confidentiality, which is a part of our ethics. You will be knowing about it once you sign up for sessions with us.

4. How long do your therapy sessions last?

The duration of one Individual Session would typically  last for 45 minutes. Group Sessions would be 90 minutes per session.

5. How many sessions would someone need on an average?

The no. of sessions depends on various factors, one of which is their requirements.

6. What would be the charges per session?

Charges per session will be mentioned on enquiry. Prior payment for a counselling session is mandatory.

7. What would be the mode of sessions?

We conduct both online and offline sessions.

8. What are the languages in which the sessions are conducted?

The sessions are conducted in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.

9. What is the age range of clients who come to you?

We serve clients from 10yrs onwards.

For those clients who are between the age of 10 and 17 yrs need to have their parent consent for counseling sessions. 

10. Do you provide any medications?

No, we do not provide any medical support.
